RVA Architecture was proud to sponsor and participate in this year’s Sons and Daughters of Italy Valley Forge Lodge 1776 Golf Tournament, held at Linfield National Golf Club in Linfield, Pennsylvania. The annual event brought together a diverse group of players and participants, including lodge members, community members, friends, and supporters for a day of golf and fundraising, with all proceeds benefiting two important organizations: the Angelman Syndrome Foundation and the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation.

This year’s event supported two charities that make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. The Angelman Syndrome Foundation funds research and provides resources for people affected by Angelman syndrome. It is a rare genetic disorder that impacts neurological development and can result in communication, mobility, and seizure-related challenges.

The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals living with thalassemia, an inherited blood disorder that often requires ongoing treatment and specialized care throughout their lives. By supporting these organizations, the tournament helps advance research, expand patient resources, and support families dealing with complex medical conditions.

This marks the third consecutive year that RVA has been involved with the tournament. Beyond sponsorship, our team volunteered throughout the day and fielded golfers who enjoyed the opportunity to support worthy causes while spending time together outside the office. We sponsored three foursomes for the event, including our clients and partners, as well as RVA’s principals and leadership. RVA was also proud of team members who are just beginning their journey into the sport. and challenged themselves in a competitive tournament.

Several RVA team members volunteered at key activities throughout the course, assisting with the Closest to the Hole contest, the Putting Contest, and various on-course giveaways that added fun for participants. Their efforts made sure golfers had opportunities to compete, connect, and contribute to the event’s fundraising goals.

The tournament also provided an opportunity for members of the RVA team to strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and fellow community members while enjoying a day on the links. Events like these reflect RVA’s pledge to support organizations that make an impact while connecting with communities where we live and work.

RVA extends its thanks to the Sons and Daughters of Italy Valley Forge Lodge 1776 for organizing another successful tournament and to everyone who participated, volunteered, and sponsored the event. We are honored to continue supporting this tradition and look forward to returning next year.
