Pediatric and Adult Clinic Relocation

Dignity Health’s Horizon Ridge location is in Henderson, Nevada, the state’s second-largest city, behind the prominent shadow of Las Vegas. The clinic needed to relocate to a more expansive space due to a growing patient population.

The clinic was designed to incorporate three unique areas in this new location. The adult treatment area features an open floor plan, therapy equipment, and the unique addition of the Solo-Step™ Track. This overhead track and harness system allows patients and physical therapists the support needed in sit-to-stand, walking therapy, balance training, and climbing stairs.

The second area for pediatric therapy provides a host of treatments for infants through young adults. This area includes extensive movement space and several swing types that support various therapies.

The last area, a Day Institute, is part of a specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. This area focuses on allowing patients to build skills and maximize independence in daily activities at home, work, and in the community. It features a training kitchen with an oven, cooking prep area, and sink.
