RVA has had an ongoing relationship with Select Medical Group and their Dignity Health Physical Therapy Clinics. For this project, we handled the facility’s design, construction management, and implementation of its design elements.
Dignity decided to expand its physical therapy services into the growing Nevada submarket of West Henderson’s Matter Park. This area is surrounded by an expanding range of large and small businesses that have sprouted up around the nearby Las Vegas Raiders Headquarters and Intermountain Health Performance Center. With the view of the La Madre Mountain Range in the background, this clinic sits in the middle of a growing community.
The project started in June 2020 with initial sketches, obtaining permits and zoning documentation, and working to secure bids from local contractors. RVA’s team managed the entire process, working directly with the location manager to ensure the project ran smoothly, stayed on budget, and met the predetermined launch date.

As with all new location openings, our biggest challenges involve understanding the available property and designing a new space based on its benefits. This clinic, which needed to include such specialties as orthopedic care, concussion rehabilitation, Athletic Movement Index (AMI), and a complete ACL rehab solution, required us to ensure that the available space could manage the equipment, promote patient comfort, and provide staff with areas they could decompress and plan.
Our understanding of Dignity’s needs, familiarity with its branding, and knowledge of its numerous Nevada locations allowed us to design the clinic by incorporating existing elements and collaborating with knowledgeable local contractors.
The clinic’s grand opening was in March 2023. The client was thoroughly pleased with how efficiently, effectively, and timely the project was completed.
