The RVA team handles the architectural work and project management, so identifying the construction firm is one of the first steps in the project. Though this was a standard fit-out with turf and rubber flooring, the clinic’s manager requested an updated finish in the bathroom. A new firm was chosen, which was new to working with NovaCare. This brought new challenges as they were inexperienced with the brand’s specific needs.
The RVA project management team guided the construction firm through working with the client, understanding the clinic’s timeline, and meeting build expectations. These actions led to a clinic rollout that met the client’s deadline.
